All Dusty The Label pieces are handmade and shipped from our Studio in Byron Bay, Australia.

Processing time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days. During busy periods, launches, or workshops, dispatch times may vary slightly. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Shipping:
We ship Australia-wide using tracked postage. Standard shipping is $10 and Express Shipping is $20. We offer free shipping on orders $220+.

Delivery:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once an order has been dispatched, Dusty The Label is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

International shipping:
International shipping is available. Shipping rates vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout where possible. For any international shipping enquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

Address details:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Dusty The Label is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or delayed parcels:
If your parcel is delayed or goes missing in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re always happy to assist where possible, but responsibility passes to the carrier once the parcel has been dispatched.
